Faults

All care is taken to ensure that each Drytimes product is made to the highest standards, but if you do find a defect when you receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a repair or replacement at our discretion. The faulty product will need to be returned to us for inspection, and will be replaced with an equivalent item. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation form to complete before returning any products to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA form.


Warranty Information


Drytimes offer an extended warranty for 90 days from date of purchase which covers fabrics, stitching or other similar issues related to faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the products, fading or leaking issues. The use of bleach, vinegar, whiteners, laundry additives, fabric softeners or washing powders with enzymes on the products will void this warranty. Warranty only applies if care instructions have been followed, and we recommend that all Drytimes products are rinsed in clean, fresh water when removed from the bed or wearer to dilute urine, as urine is extremely acidic and can cause accelerated wear on fabrics. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and for orders sent within Australia. Please ensure you keep your invoice, as you will need to present this for any warranty claims.  Faulty product/s will need to be returned to Drytimes for inspection, and we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion. Please contact us before sending your product with a description of the problem and photos if possible to: admin@drytimes.com.au.   Returned products must be in clean, washed and dry condition and free of foreign particles (hair, lint etc) or they will be returned to you. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation form to complete before returning any products to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA form.

Drytimes products are made from premium quality materials, and although we expect that they will last for a significant number of washes, this is not guaranteed. How long products last will depend on their use and abuse, as well as several variables such as your washing machine, washing powder and water in the area among other things. Incontinence products are used and washed regularly, and this alone will cause wear on the products. We will not be responsible for any wear and tear issues, as this is not a defect of the product. Delamination of PUL is extremely rare and usually caused by incorrect care, such as washing in water that is too hot, using harsh detergents, wringing or drying in a dryer that is too hot.

Exchanges/Returns

We are very happy to offer you individual advice on our products, so please contact us with any questions you may have before placing your order. Under consumer law, retailers are only required to replace or refund items that are defective or don't do what they are supposed to do. The onus is on the purchaser to ensure that the products they are buying are suitable for their stated use, and retailers are not obliged to replace or refund items if you simply change your mind.

However, we want you to be completely happy withany products purchased from Drytimes. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in brand new, unused and unwashed condition within14 days of purchase. We will provide you with an exchange, refund or credit, minus actual postage and handling costs when we receive the products and confirm that they are in new, unwashed and un-damagedcondition, suitable for re-sale. Any packaging must also be in new condition, to enable re-sale of the item.


Your credit can be used to purchase any products from the Drytimes website for up to 12 months after issue. Please contact us first at admin@drytimes.com.au before returning goods. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation form to complete before returning any products to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA form.

Returns policy applies to the original purchaser only for items purchased from the Drytimes website, and you will need to produce a copy of your invoice. Drytimes will not accept returns if a customer wishes to take advantage of a sale or discount offer after the original purchase date. Refunds will be paid via the same method as purchase i.e. if you purchased via credit card, then any refund will be to your credit card.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit, exchanges or refunds on products which are not in a condition to be resold, have been washed, contains smell of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc., have been soiled or the packaging is damaged.

International Orders: Please contact us if you wish to place an order with shipping to an overseas address, and we will email a quote and instructions for ordering. Please note we only accept payment via Paypal for international orders.
